Hello and Congratulations! 
I am a certified Holistic doula with The Matrona
I have also been  trained with DONA as a birth doula and I also provide postpartum support and natural products. 

I have had a long-time interest in holistic health and childbirth. My oldest daughter signed us up for Doula training together in 2009, because, as she said, I had already been educating women on natural childbirth and breastfeeding for decades. 

My Services

I am a birth and postpartum doula serving Connecticut. I am also a placenta encapsulator.

I provide emotional support, physical comfort measures and information before, during and after the birth of your baby. 

It’s important to pick a doula that you and your partner feel comfortable with. I will meet with you, and anyone else you want at the birth, in-person, to see if we are a good match

I am also a placenta encapsulator. I will encapsulate your placenta for postpartum care.

What does a doula do?
